BEIJING-- The high-performance, low-cost expert system design launched recently by Chinese startup DeepSeek has produced a wave of attention around the globe.
DeepSeek-R1 appears to use efficiency that rivals options from the U.S., however the business says it was established at less than a tenth of the cost of those models.
Chinese technology news portal 36Kr spoke with the business's founder, Liang Wenfeng, classihub.in in July 2024.
